    To place an order, simply contact us via phone, email, or our website's online form. We'll work with you to customize a menu based on your event's size and your preferences.   • How much BBQ should I order for my event?
    The amount of food you'll need depends on the number of guests and the type of event. As a general guideline: -Full meal (with sides): 1/2 lb of meat per person -For smaller gatherings: 1/3 lb of meat per person We'll help you estimate your needs when you place your order!
  • What is the minimum order for catering?
    Our minimum order for catering is typically based on the number of people you're serving. For smaller events, the minimum is usually 15 people. If you're planning a smaller event, feel free to reach out, and we can discuss options that suit your needs.
  • What is included in your catering packages?
    Our catering packages include the BBQ meats you select, a choice of sides, and sauces. We also provide disposable serving utensils, plates, napkins, and cutlery. For larger events, we can provide buffet-style setups or full-service options with professional staff.
  • Do you offer delivery and setup?
    Yes, we offer delivery and setup for all catering orders. Our team will arrive at your event location, set up the food, and ensure everything is ready for your guests to enjoy. For larger events, we can also provide staff to serve and manage the buffet or food station.
  • Do you offer BBQ for pick-up?
    Yes, we offer pick-up orders for smaller gatherings. You can place your order ahead of time, and we'll have it ready for you to pick up at a scheduled time. If you're looking for a more elaborate setup or full-serivce catering, we recommend opting for delivery or on-site service.
  • Do you cater to large events or weddings?
    Absolutely! Whether you're hosting a corporate event, wedding, or large family reunion, we have the experience and capacity to cater to events of all sizes. We can offer buffet-style service, plated meals, or even BBQ stations where guests can build their own plates.
  • How far in advance should I book my BBQ catering?
    We recommend booking your BBQ catering at least 2 weeks in advance, especially for larger events or during peak seasons like holidays and summer. We strive to accommodate last-minute requests, but availability is not always guaranteed.
  • What are you payment terms?
    A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance due on the day of the event. We accept payment via credit card, check, or cash. For large events, we recommend confirming details at least a week before the event to finalize the menu and the guest count.
  • What equipment do you provide?
    We provide all necessary catering equipment for food service, including chafing dishes, warming trays, and serving utensils. For outdoor events, we also offer additional options like grills, smokers, and BBQ stations for a more interactive experience. Please let us know if you need any specific equipment or rentals.
  • What areas do you serve?
    We primarily serve Fuquay-Varina, NC area, but we're happy to travel to neighboring areas for large events. Delivery charges may apply for locations outside our standard service zone. Contact us for more details about your specific event location.
  • What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my event?
    We understand that plans can change. Cancellations made at least 72 hours in advance will receive a full refund of deposit. Cancellations made within 72 hours may be subject to a partial refund or rescheduling fee, depending on the circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any changes.
  • Do you have liability insurance and Safety Certifications?
    We are fully covered with catering liability insurance and our team is ServSafe certified, ensuring the highest standards of foods safety and protection for your event.
